Samuel T. Frank

Samuel T. Frank (MA, Geography) is a PhD Candidate in Earth and Environmental Science at the Graduate Center, CUNY.  He is a member of the Association of American Geographers and the New York Academy of Sciences.  His research focuses on domestic and international climate change policy, urban planning, and energy sustainability.
